“One of the greatest experiences I have had is with the Shirer family Dentistry. My experience there was revolutionary as their service was tremendous. From the time I was received at the reception, my experience was exceptional. I was greeted with warmth and smiles with very courteous staff. They were very outgoing as they wanted to attend to my prerequisites with great promptness. Truly the manner in which I was attended to, I felt quite cherished as a client.

After I finish filling the forms, it was not long before I was called in for a session with the dentist. The entire clinic was homely and the color scheme used makes one feel right at home. The examination room is fully equipped where there is great emphasis on cleanliness. The dentist was kind and keen on what my problems were before beginning to work on my complications, He ensured He fully diagnosed my teeth problem. The dentist was gentle and profoundly to precise in the teeth correction procedure.
If you are trying to find a new dentist, choosing Shirer family Dentistry is the best option that one can make as they will treat you better than a client. They will treat you as part of their family.”

“I had been going to the same location for many years for my dental care. Deciding to continue with the same location was one of the better decisions I have made. Dr. Susannah and Dr. Michael are both excellent in the technical aspects of dentistry. What separates their practice from others is the atmosphere and attitude you notice as soon as you enter the building. Their staff is warm and friendly and it doesn’t take long for you to tell this is a great family practice. A lot of smiles or an occasional joke keeps their workplace an enjoyable place to visit. You can count on excellent results no matter what procedure you may need and enjoy it during the process.”

“I have never been to a dentist like this one. From the moment I walked in I knew I would be taken care of. The receptionists were so kind and friendly. Going back to the room with the dental assistant I was nervous and almost immediately she calmed me. She listened to me and actually seemed to care about my fears and concerns. Then I met Dr. Shirer and she was just amazing. So kind. So confident that she would be able to help me with my dental issues. She listened to me and also to my husband and answered all of our questions. ..she stayed with us until we understood the whole process I needed to go through. When we had a plan in place we went to speak with someone about insurance and that young lady was so patient and kind. ..answered all of our questions.
I will recommend this dentist office to everyone I know. The kindness, the professionalism, the knowledge from everyone who works there is unbelievable. Wonderful.”

“From start to finish, it’s a pleasant experience! The staff has become a family and you are welcomed into it from the moment you walk through the door! They always take great care in making you comfortable, and went above and beyond to do so when I was there during my third trimester of pregnancy. Megan is a wonderful hygienist! She gets my teeth super clean without any discomfort. I didn’t know that was possible! The doctors are so thorough during the oral exam, checking for signs of mouth cancer and other diseases. I know that when I leave there, not only will I have a beautiful smile, but also that the utmost care has been taken in ensuring it’s completely healthy!”

As a newcomer to the area, we were referred by someone who’d had extensive work done. She raved about the entire office. I must say I agree. The level of care and professionalism are wonderful. I am very particular about dental hygienists and Megan is fantastic. Pleasant, professional and pain-free… and very, very thorough! “So my last dentist office started out good and then fizzled on me. I have found that on too many occasions you do not get what you pay for. Either the work isnt what you hoped for or the customer service leaves something to be desired. I was very pleased with my first visit to Shirer Family Dentistry. The staff helped me over some bumps with the insurance paper work and then I was taken straight back. The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean, and Megan was awesome. I was very comfortable, everything was explained to me, and I was given ample chances to ask any questions. Some places I have felt like I was being pressured or upsold for goods or services that I didnt belive I actually needed. I didnt feel any of that here. You guys set the bar pretty high on my first visit, I look forward to my next visit to see if you guys can keep it up!!!”

The communication between hygienist, doctor and me was complete without being patronizing, the work was outstanding, and I can’t compliment the hygienist highly enough.
